Born in the family of a priest of the temple of Sri Kshetra Gokarna, a holy place and tourist destination known as Dakshina Kashi, the son of the . Parameshwara .Ra . Bailakeri, who was skilled in Vedas, Mantras, Puranas, Yakshagana, and Astrology, Ramakrishna . P . Bailakeri, like his father, completed all kinds of education and served as a professor in a Sanskrit school and then as a principal for some time before retiring.

His son, Parameshwara Ramakrishna Bailakeri, similarly completed Mantras and Vedas at a young age, studied at Bhadrakali High School in Gokarna, then did his B . com . degree from Baliga College in Kumta taluk, and completed his M . A . in Dharwad.

I studied at Medha Dakshinamurthy Vedava Bhavan Sanskrit Maha Vidyalaya in Gokarna for 13 years, graduated as a "Vidwan" in Advaita Vedanta Vidvat, and completed my student life by winning the state award. I worked as a Sanskrit professor at Vijaya College in Bangalore for a few years, and then served as a Sanskrit professor at the Sanskrit College where I studied in Gokarna for a few years with satisfaction. I worshipped Vedamata Gayatri, mastered some subjects, and continued the astrology that I came from and have a huge student body. With the blessings of God and my Gurus and through my own efforts, I have also received the "Havyaka Sadhak" award from the Akhil Havyaka Maha Sabha and a doctorate degree from Yoga Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya Florida (U.S.A.) from Sri Guru at the Mantralaya.
